Welcome! I'm Mel - OCN Level 6 Certified Gentle & Holistic Sleep Coach

My name is Mel, and I’m a mama to two beautiful children whose sleep has never fit the “sleep charts.” I know firsthand how exhausting, confusing, and sometimes overwhelming it can feel when your baby doesn’t sleep like everyone else's. The nights can be long, the advice conflicting, and the pressure from well-meaning friends, family, and even books can feel impossible to follow.

"Mel has given us invaluable sleep advice when it comes to both our 5 year old’s sleep and our 2 year old twins. Since introducing techniques recommended by Mel my 5 year old sleeps through the night, and there are a lot less wake ups with the twins (it is usual to have none at all now, and if they do wake they settle a lot more quickly). I learnt my children are low sleep needs and I was sending them to bed earlier than needed in the hope they would “just sleep”. Once bed time routines became a little more relaxed I noticed such a difference!"
